Abstract\nBack ground: Human brucellosis appears as acute, subacute or chronic, which may be due to differences in immune responses. The aim of this study was to explore the level of T cell linage-specific transcription factor in peripheral blood cells of acute and subacute brucellosis.\nMethods: RNA was extracted from peripheral blood cells of acute and subacute brucellosis patients and healthy controls. The extracted RNA was transcribed into complementary DNA (cDNA). The cDNA of intended genes (T -bet, GATA3 and FOXP3) was amplified using Syber green Real time PCR master mix and specific primer. \nResults: Our results showed that T-bet copy number value in acute brucellosis patients was significantly higher than that of subacute patients and healthy controls. On the other hand, both acute and subacute patients showed the same value of FOXP3 copy number, hence the ratio of FOXP3/ T-bet in subacute patients was higher than that of acute patients and healthy controls. \nConclusions: As a whole this results revealed that in acute phase of brucellosis the expression of both T-bet and FOXP3 increase, but as the disease progress to subacute phase, T-bet expression decreases while the expression of FOXP3 does not change.
The research aimed to correct evaluation tables of the modified flexibility sit and reach test avoiding unreasonable great fluctuations in the scales. A model of human body in the test as a kinematic chain included trunk and upper extremity members connected with rotated joints was proposed. An integral parameter of hip rotation and spine bend flexibility was proposed as an angle between the hip to shoulder straight line and horizon. Corresponding error of the angle in the frames of the simplified model was near 1.5%. Bend of trunk member was investigated, and its modelling with the integral parameter of flexibility caused an error of the fingertips displacement near 0.4 cm that is smaller than an error of the test score recorder. Two smooth evaluation scales were modelled with a linear function and with a logarithmic function. Corresponding tables for proportional evaluation and for rapidly increased marks values on the higher test scores were proposed.

Between accuracy, quality of information content, information, and access to information to improve the response is positively related And significant\nConclusion: The lack of relationship between users\' satisfaction and quality improvement system meet the expressed need for administrators to upgrade the system software and hard ware to better satisfy its users to increase the efficient use of hospital accountability level hospital information system
Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the technical efficiency medical training centers of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences\nMethods: This study is applied And cross sectional was performed Using the form of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Deputy of treatment, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences were collected Data using the software Windeap (2) were analyzed. \nResults: The results obtained show that the Imam Khomeini hospitals, Imam Ali, Taleghani, Mohammad Kermanshahi, and Motazedi has a fixed returns to scale. also Imam Reza Hospital has diminishing returns, Farabi Hospital increases efficiency.\nConclusion: This study suggests that with the exception of Imam Reza (AS) Hospital returns to scale is reduced, other hospital had a favorable trend Meaning that our resources are used effectively and efficiently
In the wireless networks, achieving efficient communication without packet loss is an important problem. In the network data frames are classified into packets before sending the network. In the streaming applications the packets are dependent to each other. So, if there is a drop in single packet there is no use in the whole sequence. Due to network traffic, all packets of a frame reach to the destination is a vital problem. If we retransmit the packets produce the delay constraints and increases the cost. The main objective of this paper is to reduce the packet delay and increases the packet delivery ratio in the streaming applications. So, we use buffer management algorithms to carry out the packet discard. By using the concept of packet scheduling we consider both packet delay and also the packet size. So, this can enhance the flexibility of network resource management and improvement in quality of service.
hospitals to meet the need\'s health care, people formed. It must therefore be accountable in front of people. Today there is new evidence that emotional intelligence plays a significant role in the entrepreneurship origin so little extended attempt done for it. For this, in this research the relationship between the emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship has been examined. Fars province industry, mine & trade organization is the present research statistical society with 251 personnel both formal and contractual that a sample with 69 selected in simple and random method and by Cockran formula. Greaves. Jean & Bradberry. Travis emotional intelligence (2003) and Badri et.al (2005) questionnaires were used to collect information. Data was analyzed by SPSS software. Study indicated that the emotional intelligence and its 4 dimensions based on the last Goleman model including self-concious, self-management, social knowledge and the relations management has positive correlation to entrepreneurship. Finding also indicated that there are no respondents’ significant anthropological differences to their entrepreneurship rate.
The leading motive for the conception of this study is the actual caudate lobe and liver surgery and the prevalent disagreement regarding the subdivision and used terminology for the caudate lobe. The study material consisted of-30 cadaveric human liver specimens of adult subjects of both sexes. Both the dissective and injection-corrosive methods were used in the process. Firstly, the portal vein segmentation was established upon the obtained portobiliary casts (27/30 of proper quality) using magnifying lens, and consequently the caudate lobe portobiliary anatomy was assessed. On the basis of an intrahepatic portal vein ramification,-the Spiegelian lobe (segment 1) was subdivided into left and right portions. Varied number of ducts drained the left portion (from 0 to 6), the right portion (from 0 to 4) and the caudate process (from 0 to 6). In general, the confluence to the caudate lobe left portion was into the left hemiliver whereas the confluence to the right portion was into both right and left hemilivers. The number of portal branches- ranged from 1 to 5 for the left portion, from 1 to 4 for the right portion and from 1 to 7 for the caudate process. The left and the right portions were supplied mainly from the transverse part of the left portal vein branch, and rarely from the right portal system and from the portal vein itself. The caudate process portal branches arose more frequently from the branches destined to the right portion, at a different level, and from the main hilar portal stems. Analysis of numerical relation between portal branches and biliary ducts of the caudate lobe parts pointed to a predominant equal relation but in almost less than one half of cases, a different relation was found. Regarding the disposition of the main plane of liver functional subdivision of the caudate portions the observation conducted showed that it was spotted in 13/27 casts between the left and the right portions of the Spiegelian lobe, anterior to the left portion on 3/27, right to the lobe in 8/27 and even left to the lobe in 3/27 casts. In relation to the presence and disposition of paracaval portion-segment 9 i.e. subsegments b, c and d, only in cases when they were adjacent to the caudate lobe, the subsegment 9b was anterior to it in 7 casts and right to it in 6 casts, whereas the subsegment 9c right to it was realized in 3 casts.
